| When the train running in high-speed in the railway, the aerodynamics’effect of the train will intensify increasing with the speed of the train. Especially in the process of the trains’crossing, the passing side of the surface of the body can produce strong aerodynamic load which can cause transient vibration to the train body and increase transverse vibration. Thus, the aerodynamic load affect the lateral stability of the train. Due to the characteristics of the aerodynamic load, short time, large transient impact. So it is not ideal to control the transverse vibration which is caused by aerodynamic load by the traditional control algorithm. At the same time, the track irregularity effects on the wheel/rail dynamic performance of the train which is also a hidden trouble, because the track irregularity’s effect time is long and the steady state characteristics of random vibration. Many scholars have already studied a lot on the train’s transverse vibration control under the track irregularity excitation. While, it is ignoring the action of wheel/rail dynamic performance research under the track irregularity. It is put forward the semi-active control of high-speed trains under the action of the aerodynamic load and the track irregularity to solve above problems. In details, the main research work is as follows,1. Using multi-body dynamics software UM establish a high-speed train vehicle system model and combine with MATLAB which set up a UM/Simulink co-simulation model. At the same time, proving the co-simulation model is correct.2. Aimed at the influence of the aerodynamic load to the train’s lateral stability established the semi-active control system test plan. At same time it states the basic principle of measurement and the function of actuators.3. It is analyzing the characteristics of aerodynamic load and the influence of transverse vibration and tunnel through by the aerodynamic load, aimed at the characteristics of the aerodynamic load, virtual inertial damping semi-active control strategy is proposed. By using the UM and the MATLAB/Simulink co-simulation model which is to the passive suspension, sky-hook damping semi-active control and virtual inertial damping semi-active control for simulation analysis.4. It is analyzing the characteristics of track irregularity, and the effect of wheel/rail dynamic performance of train by track irregularity, aimed at the characteristics of the track irregularity, virtual elastic damping semi-active control strategy is proposed. By using the UM and the MATLAB/Simulink co-simulation model which is to the passive suspension and virtual elastic damping semi-active control for simulation analysis.It is analyzing the characteristics of aerodynamic load and track irregularity and the influence on the dynamic performance of the train. Targeted put forward the semi-active control algorithm. The simulation results show that the virtual inertial damping semi-active control on high-speed trains’transverse vibration control by aerodynamic load is better, the virtual elastic damping semi-active control on the high-speed train wheel/rail dynamic performance control by the track irregularity is better. |
