Research On Velocity Measurement Technology Of Coil Target

Muzzle velocity, is one of the important parameters of internal and external ballistic theory and calculation, the relationship between the internal and external ballistics theory research of construction development and weapon equipment performance improvement and other issues. To this end, seeking to measure the muzzle velocity of methods or devices is urgent thing. Coil target as a kind of measuring muzzle velocity of the non contact type cutting device, whose advantage include simple structure, non-stop run, and no effect to projectile motion gesture. In this paper, studies on coil target in muzzle velocity measure related technology research, part of the scientific research achievements can provide meaningful for coil target speed technology reference.At first, this paper introduces the speed measuring principle about coil target. Through the research equivalent model between the target of coil and the projectile, coil target speed theory model is constructed. Analyzes the target and calibration coil structure theory, this paper expounds the coil material and wire diameter size selection method, and the calculation method of the number of wire spheres and the number of turns. Through practice, design target coil and calibration coil mock-up.Finally, set up the coil target speed measuring system test platform, a series of speed measuring experiment, verified the accuracy of coil target speed related theoretical model, and proved in this paper, the design of coil target maneuverability and reliability of the devices.In the analysis and summary the reason caused by the coil target speed measuring error factors, on the basis of designing the new method of measuring target electromagnetic coil centre, as the center of the target coil electromagnetic detection provides a new way.This topic design the coil target speed measuring device uses no excitation coil target speed measuring system. Target coil structure for simple transformer type structure, the calibration coil structure for round parenchyma structure. Choose 0.3 mm of enameled wire winding target coil and calibration coil, target of coil winding way for multi-layer winding wound, calibration coil winding way for circular single coaxial.
