In recent years, China’s railway technology has made great progress and train speed is frequently refreshed. It is improtant to study deeply the dynamics of the high-speed train for the development of ultra-high-speed train. Instrumented wheelset is the core sensing components in the train dynamics study area, whose performance will directly affect the accuracy of the estimates of the performance of the train. Instrumented wheelset Calibration test-bed is the special laboratory equipment for studying Instrumented wheelset, which is used to measure and test the main characteristics and other performance of the wheels.Force loading of Instrumented wheelset is taken as objcet of study in this thesis, so designed an Electro-hydraulic servo loading system.First, according to the design requirements of Instrumented wheelset Calibration test-bed this paper determined the overall program and designed the specific hydraulic loading system. Then designed elements according to the relevant parameters of the Instrumented wheelset Calibration test-bed,Second, this paper established the mathematical model of Electro-hydraulic servo loading system, then obtained transfer funtion by Laplace transform and the simplified block diagram of electro-hydraulic servo loading system. Then paper calculated transfer function of elements according to the relevant parameters and odtained transfer function of position control system and force control system in servo loading system. At the same time, paper builded simulation models in Matlab software to analyze its stability, speed and transient response characteristics.Then paper analysised the vertical sync loading force questions and designed PID controller and fuzzy PID controller for single-cylinder force loading control system, then used Matlab simulation software to analyze the control performance. At the same time paper used cross-coupled synchronous control strategy for the cylinder force synchronous loading and analysised in Matlab simulation software, consenquently verifyed the better performance of synchronization control strategy.Cross-coupled synchronous control strategy had a better synchronization effect by loading the experimental verification of the vertical synchronization of the force loading, which met the design requirements of the system.
