The characteristics of complex engineering parts or equipment, especially the static characteristics, are more and more important. Static text is very fast and effective way to check the static strength、stiffness、stability and other characteristics of the products. The date from the text is the important standard of product reliability. Also, from the text we can provide the accurate and reliable data of static characteristics, it’s very reliable information and reference for us to improve the products. The paper introduced an electro-hydraulic servo loading system for static text.The research content of this paper comes from Suzhou Zhubang Science and technology Co., Ltd. It provide an electro-hydraulic servo loading system for static testing used for the experiment project provide by Shanghai Beststeel Steel Structure Co., Ltd and Tongji university. The experiment simulated the capacity of the light steel wall to resist seismic. And research the flexural and shear capacity of it. In order to meet the testing requirements, it required that the loading system can realize the low cyclic loading, and controlled through force or displacement feedback. At the same time, the loading speed, overshoot and stability time of the loading system need to reach a certain standard.According to these requirements, the main research of this paper topic is selection circuit design and electrical components of the system. Then design and debug the software of PC control based on the LabVIEW software. Based on the research and improvement of conventional PID control, it designs the fuzzy PID control algorithm as the core algorithm. The simulation results show that the system completes the expected design goal, and meets the requirements performance index.This paper also introduces the commissioning of the system. Analysis the problems of commission and give the solutions of these problems. The system has been already delivered to customer. Through a period of time using the text, it is showed that the hardware and software of the system both running very well, reached the design requirement.
