Now, when the high speed railway which between domestic province - province and province - city in the planning and construction are choosed some sensitive route more and more. These sensitive route across and along the way will involve some national cultural relics area, vibration will cause the intangible impact and damage to the cultural relics and historical sites. The premise of adverse effects of how to Effective protection, has become a new problem in the new era of railway lines.In this paper, the research background is in the planning and construction of the Beijing Zhangjiakou intercity railway, according to the railway network planning, through the Beijing the Badaling Great Wall and the water of the Great Wall and other key protection unit, the opening of the railway operation will inevitably to the protection of the Great Wall have harmful effects.
