The interior noise of high-speed train affects the ride comfort of drivers and passengers, and restricts the speed to further increase. In the contest of low noise design of a high-speed train in China, an interior noise prediction model is established based on the Statistic Energy Analysis (SEA) method. From the simulation model. the characteristics of the interior noise of each high-speed coach are analyzed. Furthermore, the optimization design of acoustic parameters of the high-speed train is carried out. The main research work in the present thesis involves:Firstly. According to the structure parameters of the high-speed train, the interior noise prediction model is established based on the SEA. The inputs, include exterior noise and vibration, of the simulation model are used the results of field experiment of a similar type of the high-speed train. The simulation model is verified by comparing the prediction results with the measurement data.Secondly, a series of sound insulation tests of the car body structure of the high-speed train are performed at an acoustic laboratory according to the GB/T 19889-2005. The method of the experiments is Reverberation Room-Reverberation Room. Through the tests, the transmission loss of the car body structure, such as floor, sidewall, roof and roof under the pantograph, are analyzed and defined in the simulation model.And then, sound radiation models of train structures, include floor, sidewall. roof and roof under the pantograph, are built based on the hybrid Finite Element Method and Statistic Energy Analysis (FE-SEA). The modal density, coupling loss factor and other important parameters of the structures are obtained. These parameters are used for obtaining the equivalent aluminum extrusions.Finally, the characteristics of the interior noise distribution and frequency spectrum of the high-speed train are analyzed. The influences of noise sources, include bogie noise, aerodynamic noise, pantograph noise, on the interior noise are investigated. The influences of car body structures transmission loss, include floor, sidewall, roof and roof under the pantograph, on the interior noise are studied. The influences of car body structures vibration, include floor, sidewall, roof and roof under the pantograph, on the interior noise are researched.This research can provide a basis for further research on the interior noise simulation analysis, interior noise control and interior noise transfer path study of a high-speed train.
