Research On Subjectevaluation Indexes For Handling And Stability Of Vehicle Based On Minimum-time Maneuver

The development of automobile industry and continuous demand for automobile performance are propelling the progress of the technology of vehicle subject evaluation for handling and stability. In modern society,with the continuous improvement of vehicle velocity,the researche on minimum-time handling issue are very meaningful to the researches on vehicle handling and stability. The innovation of this paper is velocity as a subjective evaluation index of subjective evaluation system.Combining with the current situation of our country automobile industry, the indexes of subjective evaluation for handling and stability of vehicle based on minimum-time maneuver were researched and analyzed in this paper. This paper laid the theoretical foundation for the research of the indexes of subjective evaluation for handling and stability of vehicle,and it had certain applicable value for improving the ability of Chinese automobile independent research and development.(1) This paper introduced the subjective scoring method by domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers and organizations. The subjective evaluation method was established in this paper, combined with actual situation of subject evaluation for handling and stability in China. This method went by the name of double scoring.(2)The subjective evaluation index and the content of evaluation were established by research and browse information. In order to make the results of subjective evaluation as accurate as possible, this paper used the method of SNR tests the subjective evaluation of the drivers.(3)Appraising personnels as soon as possible to complete the A and B sample vehicles handling stability tests.The test included the slalom test and double lane-change test. According to the system of subjective evaluation and the subjective scoring method, appraising personnels rating all evaluation index and make it a score.(4)According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and the scoring of drivers counted via real vehicle tests statistics, the overall score of A and B sample vehicles were obtained. The results showed that the overall performance of A sample vehicle was better than that of B sample vehicle. Finally,the data of the index are obtained by the ADAMS/car test,and these data evaluate are used to analyse the overall performance and evaluation index.The results also showed that the overall performance of A sample vehicle was better than that of B sample vehicle. Therefore,the consistency of subjective and objective evaluation was verified by the above two methods.
