Manhole cover is an integral part of a municipal artifacts in town construction, which shoulders the the transportation, maintenance, security, and other responsibilities, directly related to the pedestrian and traffic safety and comfort. In this paper, the steel plate- steel fiber reinforced concrete manhole cover is based on the steel-concrete composite structure and steel fiber reinforced concrete manhole cover on the basis of a new type of manhole cover structure form, it is a form of steel-concrete composite structures with high bearing capacity, low cost, low recovery value, can replace cast iron manhole covers to solve the problem of the urban road cast iron manhole covers loss, for urban road safety traffic reduce the risk.This article main research content includes:(1) The steel fiber concrete test block, the same without steel fiber concrete block and ordinary C50 strength of concrete block under compressive strength test and flexural strength test, the test results show that adding short cut straight steel fiber in concrete, the compressive strength of reinforced concrete is not obvious, the compressive strength of steel fiber concrete mainly depends on the strength of the concrete base material itself, but the bending tensile strength of concrete is significantly improved.(2) The 6 stepped covers pure steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens and 2 H=50mm thickness of the flat- steel fiber reinforced concrete covers specimens, six partially encased steel flatbed-steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens and covers 2 full wrap steel ladder-shaped steel plate-steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens covers, standard static load test, comparing the test results of concrete steel fiber covers three different thicknesses, indicating major changes in the thickness of the bending stiffness of covers specimen thickness the larger the bending stiffness of the greater ability to resist deformation of the stronger;Compared with the same thickness of reinforced and unreinforced covers specimens of steel fiber reinforced concrete and steel and steel fiber reinforced concrete covers specimen test results, show that reinforcement steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens with steel and steel fiber reinforced concrete cover cap limit load of the specimens were significantly improved. Steel plate-steel fiber reinforced concrete covers specimen for the economic analysis, analysis shows that the economy is better than that of cast iron manhole covers.
