In recent years, those old buildings have been many accidents occurred frequently. States isfocusing research on repair, renovation and reinforcement in the field of reinforced concretestructures. With the rapid development of materials and technology, high-performance fibers havebeen widely used in reinforcing engineering. Among them, the glass fibers (Glass FiberReinforced Polymer, referred to as FRP) with a light weight, high strength, electromagneticneutral, low thermal conductivity, facilitate the construction,reasonably priced and so on. thetraditional paste steel reinforced concrete structures, has a mature standard. In our country,"reinforced concrete structure technical specifications" can also be found in the relevant standardsand specifications. At present, the studies on structural reinforcement technology mainly uses asingle material for reinforcement.The research project proposed using beam bottom paste fiberglass GFRP and bonded steelcomposite girder surface reinforcement methods, in order to improve the bearing capacity ofconcrete flexural members and ductility, thereby compensate for the lack of a single materialreinforcement methods exist, give full play to their respective characteristics of both materials.Meanwhile, use sticky steel reinforcement components reduce the risk of early destruction forensure a good ductility in the loading process.This artic based on the data in the test seven composite reinforced concrete beam obtained foranalysis, more in Carbon Fiber Layers, layers of fiberglass paste, paste thickness steel case, thecomposite reinforcement beams cracking load, yield load steel, steel yield load, ultimate load,load-displacement curve of the beam, steel and fiberglass load-strain curves reinforcementeconomic indicators; Meanwhile, according to the theory and nonlinear analysis method of finiteelement analysis, rational and material selection unit constitutive establish fiberglass andreinforced concrete composite plate finite element model and finite element analysis results arecompared with the experimental results, error of less than10%.Research shows,compared to the higher cost of solidified carbon fiber reinforced basis, theglass fiber reinforced composite reinforced concrete and steel beams is an economical andpractical and reliable reinforcement scheme,it can effectively improve the ultimate bearingcapacity of the beam, slow crack development, reducing the overall distortion.
