Coal is the major consumption energy in China, with which plenty of pollutant is produced and thus leads to serious pollution to our home. In order to guarantee the sustainable development, the government has promised that fuel energy should have been replaced by low-carbon and renewable energy at the end of this century. Therefore, it is a powerful means to achieve the aim of energy and carbon emissions by exploring new and effective ways of utilizing green energy like natural gas. Meanwhile, it is also an important area needing intensive study. This thesis is intended to choose a planning area as the research object. At first, a large amount of statistics, analysis and treatment from buildings with heating(cooling) were conducted. Considering the characters of all kinds of load-predicted methods and the load requirement in planning, we could predict the load of a planning area by combining the dynamic energy consumption simulation software(De ST) and area index. And a large shopping mall in Qingdao was taken as an example to explain the details above.Later, we made several feasible heating(cooling) projects by combining building characters, load and available energy of planning region. After a series of compare, research and evaluation, we finally determined heating(cooling) project, heating scale and range in order to realize the efficient use of clean energy. At last, we chose CCHP systems, air-cooled chiller unit/ gas-fired boiler systems, air-cooled chiller unit/ heat supply network systems among so many heating(cooling) systems, and made comprehensive evaluations. By means of gray comprehensive evaluation method, an intensive study was conducted from views of economy, environment, technology and social benefit and thus leaded to the scientific and comprehensive analysis of advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of cold and heat source. Methods above nicely demonstrated the obvious effect of energy and carbon emissions from CCHP systems.
