The comprehensive evaluation model for CCHP was studied and the construction comprehensive evaluation model and optimized configuration method were obtained.Firstly,several possible plans for different users were given.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation model was employed to study these several possible plans.And the best plan was selected.This method is not only effective for the comprehensive evaluation on CCHP,but also for the comprehensive evaluation on sustainable development,built environment and energy consumption of enterprise.Three elements including perspective of evaluation,index system and model algorithm are the main parts of the comprehensive evaluation model of CCHP.Perspective and criteria of evaluation wasn't mentioned in the published literatures,and the construction method on index system wasn't given also.Usually,the hierarchal analysis method was for used for the comprehensi've evaluation model algorithm of CCHP.In the thesis,the perspective of CCHP evaluation was determined.A new construction method to form the index system was developed and it is effective for other similar areas too.AHP,which is useful for concerning the user's benefit enough,was an user-subjectivity method.But it is difficult to form a general model because this method needs construct different jugement matrix in different place.PCA-AHP method may solve this problem effectively due to the objective PCA method and subjective AHP method.Evaluation process can reflects the subjective views of users,and also has a certain objectivity when combining with two methods,which made the evaluation more scientific and reasonable.Based on a study from literatures,the new model was validated.The results showed that the new one would give a more reasonable results comparing with the original evaluation model.The new model was employed for analyzing the CCHP of Hangzhou National Petroleum Corporation at Qibao.The results showed that the internal combustion engine model was the best choose.Main conclusions of this paper were shown as following:1.User was determined as the evaluation perspective of CCHP.Evaluation perspective was the basis for the evaluation index system.And the comprehensive evaluation based on user perspective mean the evaluation would mainly considerate the benefits of users.2.An approach for building a comprehensive evaluation index system of CCHP was proposed.The method can be described as following:First,the base layer indicators was selected by using the principle of D.M Liverman indicators selection.Then,the reliability and validity of the index system were verified.Lastly,a multi-level index system of CCHP comprehensive evaluation was built.3.Comprehensive evaluation model algorithm was proposed based on PCA-AHP method.Firstly,due the first layer data by PCA method,analysis the feature of correlation matrix and modify the index system.Secondly,obtain the performance layer data by PCA method.Lastly,deal the performance layer data by AHP method to get the decision layer data and choose the optimal plan.
