The hotel will be implants environmentally friendly and low carbon emission concept in hotel construction and operation, which has recently become a creative and stylish. The hotel is one of the three pillars of the tourism industry, not only to spend a lot of energy, but also produce a lot of waste, and emits large quantities of pollutants. Sustainable development needs social, environmental and economic development coordinated, and hotels can not shirk responsibility on the protection of resources and the environment. Hotel industry and electricity load curve is very similar to the curve, and the thermal power is the main form of power in Beijing, which means more power consuming greenhouse gas emissions. So the energy saving, optimal operation scheme, transfer energy pressure, peak load shifting for hotel is a very important method of developing a low-carbon hotel. This can explore the potential of the cold and heat source system equipment at night, improve unit efficiency, reduce the actual energy consumption, and reduce operating costs. The topic targeting the hotel industry characteristics, combined with the actual transformation of cases for water storage research which in such a low-input and efficient energy storage technology. The study includes the effects of the shape and size of the storage tank, diffuser design and layout, and analyzes the influence factors that affect the amount of cold water storage system release coefficient. The topic research thermocline layer thickness of the cold storage and release process, as well as the movement and temperature variations of cold water inside the tank through CFD software to simulate the storage tank.
