The construction technology,pave the flexible asphalt surface layer which built in inorganic materials on the stability of semi rigid base course, has long been widely used in our country. It’s brought excellent working effect but its disadvantages are exposed more and more obviously at the same time.While in the stage of road designing,it is generally believed that the co-continuous structure layer coupling state between the internal structure, the stress distribution and the interlayer stress,strain transfer are continuous. In the pavement construction process, the standard does not put forward specific guidance on the interlayer bonding construction plan, the construction technique and other practical reasons leading to the paving performance greatly reduced interlayer coupling. In the stage of highway operation,the repeated vehicle load weakened further joint structure between the layers,increasing the harsh natural environment enhanced it.In this paper,considering the role of heavy traffic load through mechanics analysis, did calculation of the stress distribution in internal structure loading path after building the road model through ABAQUS, loading simplified overweight stress, setting the interlayer contact conditions and effects of surface. Mainly from the stress distribution along the lateral tire on the road surface and the distribution along the depth in the structure of the road,did analysis of mechanical response of road effect under horizontal load,and the mechanical response of different contact conditions between each layer sets,and the relationship between mechanical parameters and the road disease etc.According to the response analysis result of loading condition and mechanics, combined with the actual production conditions of design of indoor test analysis, which mainly use torsional shear performance and anti-drawing performance.Researches based on determining the optimal dose of permeable layer material, focuses on the impact of different factors on the layer structures’ performance,Put out the best solution to guide the engineering in the construction of link layer.In the laboratory test, the test method used in the same variable evaluation will have corresponding change trend. Research is helpful to improve the coverage area and the parameters of technical indicators of the test results on the accuracy of the correlation between the test methods, using the proposed pilot studies of the choices of detection methods.
