In order to study the rubber asphalt as a layer of asphalt pavement structure of semi-rigid base of asphalt pavement,ability to suppress the reflection cracks,relying on the Fushun Baoshang line test road as the engineering background,the systematic study of rubber asphalt pavement structure.Firstly,the rubber asphalt seal as a structure layer analysis on the influence of base structure in function,and analyze its performance advantages over other types of relative seal;and detection of raw materials on the rubber asphalt seal performance index,and with the shear strength test of rubber asphalt based on ratio the best choice,the best spraying amount of rubber asphalt and Macadam spreading amount were 2.2kg/m2 and 14kg/m2.Secondly,using HPDS software to calculate and design the structure of typical basic structure and rubber asphalt macadam seal coat.And using FLAC3 D numerical simulation software to simulate the load and temperature according to the designed structure layer,through the comparison with the basic model,the paper analyzes the interlaminar stress of the rubber asphalt macadam seal structure,and analyzes the effect of the anti-reflection crack from the numerical simulation.Then,the field test of pavement design test and core sampling,test road of rubber asphalt macadam seal structure for deflection test,and the core compaction,compressive resilience and compressive strength test to test the applicability of the rubber asphalt macadam structure engineering entity.And flatness and the crack situation of the long-term observation of the test road are analyzed and compared.Finally,the economic and social benefits of the two structures are analyzed.Through the test and analysis of the above conclusion,the rubber asphalt as a structure layer of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has good performance,can meet the strength and degree of compaction of the road performance requirements in road engineering.The utility model has the advantages of good inhibition of the reflection crack,good social benefit and economic benefit.It is recommended to be better recommended in Liaoning province to suppress the reflection cracking of pavement structure.
