In recent years energy problem is becoming more and more serious in our country, building energy conservation has become an important measures to solve the problem of energy crisis. Phase change material benefit from it in the process of phase transformation can absorb and release a lot of heat,is currently in the aerospace, construction, clothing, military, communication, electric power and other fields have a wide range of applications. Phase change material can be combined with a variety of building materials, such as combined with wall made of phase change energy storage wall, combined with the floor made the phase-change energy storage floor. Add with phase change material for buildings, the interior temperature distribution uniformity, small temperature fluctuation, also can make use of the night cheap electric power, stored the energy at night, released the energy during the day. The combination of phase change materials and construction can give people a comfortable living environment.In this paper, experimental study and numerical simulation method of combining the research of heat radiation of low temperature hot water phase change heat transfer performance of ground, aims at analyzing the practicability, stability, and energy-saving of floor radiant heating which added with phase change materials. Build phase transition floor radiant heating system in the laboratory, choosing a mixture of 48# paraffin and liquid paraffin as phase change material, choosing high density polyethylene as the carrier substrate, mixing them with melt blending method, making uniform shape-stabilized phase change material, adding to the floor.Half of the experimental room laying the ordinary floor without phase change material, the other half laying of the floor containing phase change materials. Test on the average temperature of supply and return water were 35oC~55oC, temperature difference were 5 oC, 10 oC,in which some kinds of working conditions. Obtain the distribution of the indoor floor surface temperature, heat flow density flooring, indoor air temperature in the experimental and other thermal parameter under the conditions of heating 8 hours and cooling 8 hours of the ordinary floor and the phase change floor. To organize the experiment measured data, concluded that the fitting equation.The result shows that after the stop heating, phase transformation floor floor surface temperature decrease rate is slow, and the ordinary floor floor surface temperature drops rapidly, in the stable phase phase transition floor surface heat flow density is higher than the ordinary floor surface heat flow density.With ANSYS finite element simulation software for phase change hot water floor radiation heating heating conditions are numerically simulated, comparative study the results of numerical simulation and measured results, the correction coefficient, and the error analysis was carried out.The results show that, the room that added phase change material floor than that without added phase change material floor, the floor surface temperature and heat flux fluctuations smaller, not only improves the room comfort, but also can save energy, which provides a reference for the practical application of phase change materials in radiant floor heating system.
