| Electric energy is a kind of high-grade energy.Electric heating is a heating method that uses electricity as a heat source,which directly converts electric energy into heat energy to meet the heating needs of users.However,the cost of electric energy is relatively high.The initial investment of the system is larger than that of the traditional heating form,which makes the heat utilization of electric energy very limited.However,the phase change heat storage material has the characteristics of high energy storage density,low temperature fluctuation of heat storage or heat release,etc.The heat energy converted by valley electricity was stored at night and was used during the day time.This material achieves the results of “peak load filling and valley filling”,accomplishing the purpose of economical energy-efficient and clean heating.Combining electric heating technology with phase change heat storage technology,a regenerative electric heating system is designed to fulfill the building’s heating needs and to achieve the effective use of valley power.This thesis first introduces the application of various phase change materials in the field of building construction.The development and advantages of the floor radiant heating system are also introduced to illuminate the necessity and feasibility of the research on phase change heat storage electric heating technology.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various phase change materials,a relatively economical and suitable phase change material was selected as the heat storage material of the system.Based on this,COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to simulate and analyze the heat transfer process of the entire floor heating system.The heat transfer law of the floor was obtained.Experimental comparison of the operation effect of the electric heating floor heating system with or without phase change material was conducted,and come to the conclusion that the system with phase change material is comfortable with high thermal storage capacity.Next,COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to carry on the numerical simulation to the phase-change heat storage room.Influence of different factors on thethermal storage performance of the room was analyzed through the temperature change of the floor surface.What’s more,the setting range of relevant parameter that fit for phase change thermal storage system was found.In addition,simulation test and evaluation of the uniformity of indoor air temperature was carried.As an engineering application example,phase change heat storage electric heating technology was applied to a room in a building in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,and data monitoring and data collection were conducted.The economic and social benefits of the system were analyzed,and the energy consumption analysis of the program was carried out.The results show that the electric heating technology with phase change heat storage has wide popularization and application prospects. |
