At present, the domestic self-aligning large roller bearing assembly mainly depends on manual assembly, but the low accuracy in manual assembly, labor-intensive, low productivity are unable to meet the requirements of modern production lines. To solve these problems, based on the traditional manual method of assembly and domestic and foreign outstanding on a combination of related design, this paper invents the equipment for large spherical roller bearing roller assembly. It increases efficiency, and decreases the rate of error, and meets the production needs. Meanwhile, in the control it rely mainly on PLC and takes the use of cylinders as its power source to achieve the vertical movement of the various materials. The main work of this paper are as follows:(1) Based on the combination of the traditional manual method of assembly as well as excellent domestic and international experience in the design, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the entire program in each institution, possible problems and solutions.(2) After determining the overall plan, this paper analyzes gradually each function analysis, design agencies, major institutions are:unloading (the outer ring, the overall bearing), automatically dial roller positioning, automatic loading roller mechanism, automatic lifting mechanism. According to the calculation and verification, this paper determines the size and distance, and takes a reasonable power source (cylinders and servo motors), detailed analysis and calculation, then this paper uses ANSYS to check the feasibility of the key components, simulation analysis.(3)Above all, design the control system. Servo motors, cylinders, lift be sized and checked, and the choice of PLC control, making the control flow chart.While the device is still in the design stage, but through analysis of the bearing assembly equipment and actual production requirements, the device can achieve its functional requirements. It not only can improve productivity and reduce labor intensity, but also can reduce the economic costs and meet the production requirements of contemporary bearing assembly.
