Compressor is a commonly used mechanical equipment.It is used to increase the gas pressure or to transport gas by compressing gas.The vane compressor plays an important role in various fields of industry.The vane compressor plays an important role in various fields of industry,which has the advantages of high reliability,strong durability,high volumetric efficiency and low maintenance cost.Since the advantage of the vane compressors is unmatched by other compressors,the vane compressor is wildly used in the market.In this paper,instead of the traditional sliding bearing,a new type of vane compressor with a rolling bearing is proposed,which converts the sliding friction between the main shaft and the flange into rolling friction.Air conditioning vane compressors place high demands on the frictional power consumption and vibration of bearings under periodic load conditions.Therefore,in order to understand the running performance of the bearing under periodic load conditions better,the effects of different working parameters and structural parameters on the dynamic performance of cylindrical roller bearings for air conditioner vane compressors were studied.The main findings are as follows:1.Consider reducing the frictional power consumption of the bearing.As the radial load increases,the frictional power consumption of the cylindrical roller bearing decreases first and then increases,and there is a reasonable radial load range to minimize the frictional power consumption.As the rotational speed increases,the frictional power consumption of cylindrical roller bearings increases gradually.As the operating temperature increases,the frictional power consumption of the cylindrical roller bearing gradually decreases.it is recommended to select a larger radial clearance,which is beneficial to reduce the frictional power consumption of the bearing.Cylindrical roller bearings have reasonable cage guiding clearance and cage pocket clearance so that the frictional power consumption of the bearing is small.As the number of rollers increases,the frictional power consumption of the bearing increases.The number of rollers can be as less as possible while the loading bearing capacity can be guaranteed to reduce the frictional power consumption of the bearing.The frictional power consumption of the new sliding vane compressor is 39% less than that of conventional models.2.Consider reducing the vibration value of the bearing.As the radial load increases,the vibration value of the bearing gradually increases.As the rotational speed and working temperature increase,the bearing vibration value first decreases and then increases.There is a reasonable speed interval and temperature interval to make the bearing vibration value smaller.Cylindrical roller bearings have reasonable radial clearance and cage clearance,so that the vibration value of the bearing is small.The vibration value of the bearing gradually increases as the gap of the cage pocket increases.For the bearing type analyzed,it is recommended to select a smaller value for the clearance of the cage pocket.The vibration value of the bearing decreases first and then increases with the increase of the number of rollers.For the bearing of the analyzed model,there is a reasonable number of rollers to make the bearing vibration value smaller.3.The frictional power calculation results are compared and verified compared with the analytical model and the Caba 3D frictional power calculation results of Schaeffler rolling bearing analysis software.The model established in this paper can accurately describe the cylindrical roller for air-conditioner vane compressor.The frictional power consumption of the bearing and the bearing temperature rise measured by the vane compressor test chamber indirectly verify the influence of the working condition on the frictional power consumption of the bearing,further demonstrating the effectiveness of the frictional power analysis results.The vibration of the cylindrical roller bearing was tested by the bearing vibration tester.The test results were compared with the simulation results.The accuracy of the mathematical model of the cylindrical roller bearing dynamics was verified.In this paper,a new type of vane compressor is proposed,which replaces the traditional sliding bearing with a rolling bearing,and converts the sliding friction between the main shaft and the flange into rolling friction.Air conditioning vane compressors place high demands on the frictional power consumption and vibration of bearings under periodic load conditions.Therefore,in order to better understand the running performance of the bearing under periodic load conditions,Under the National “13th Five-Year” scientific and technological research project,the State Key Laboratory of Air Conditioning Equipment and System Operation Energy Conservation Open Fund Project,and the Natural Science Foundation of Henan Province Project's funding,the effects of different working parameters and structural parameters on the dynamic performance of cylindrical roller bearings for air conditioner vane compressors were studied.
