In the modern manufacturing industry, obtaining high quality,high precision and stable performance of machinery is the goal of the enterprise, therefore, it is very important that the high requirement for dynamic performance of mechanical equipment. The dynamic characteristics of mechanical equipment junction plays a very important role in the dynamic analysis of mechanical system. To ensure reliable mechanical properties, it is very important that analyzing the vibration transfer characteristics of mechanical junction and obtaining the factors that affect the machine dynamic performance. At the same time, to research the vibration transfer characteristics in the interface, which can realize dynamic characteristics of mechanical equipment monitoring and reliability analysis, avoid the great safety accidents.In this paper, starting from the contact vibration of bolted interface, the key research is the mechanical vibration transfer characteristics of the junction under the impact loading, combining with the vibration power flow of FEA method to research the transmission characteristics under basic load. The research contents are as follows:(1) Based on the calculation model of fractal theory to obtain the actual contact area of surface contact, establish the relationship between surface pressure and the plastic contact area, actual contact area, and use to the reverse design method to establish contact model of "rough-rigid plane". Finally, combined with the FEA to simulate the stress and contact area of real rough surface.(2) Researching the vibration transfer characteristics of multiple junction bolted model in the impact load about normal, bending and tangential, combining with the experiments of single variable method to discuss the influence of bolt pre-tightening force and the different roughness of the contact surface to junction surface vibration transfer.(3) Using the method for vibration power flow of FEA to calculation the dynamic response of bolt interface under the simple harmonic load with normal, tangential and bending, extracting the stress and displacement of each node about junction surface. Simulating the structure power flow transmission path of different frequency with numerical analysis software and analyzing the power flow transmission characteristics of bolted interface under the basic load.
