With the development of retail trade, the chain agricultural products stores in community are becoming more and more popular, which provide a good solution for "Form-Market linkup". However, most agricultural products stores weigh the goods by pricing scales first, and then settle accounts by Cash Register which based on PC-computer. The procedure is fussy, the system has low peripheral inregration, high cost and could not meet the requirements of small agricultural products stores. The way to interact the system is not friendly which depends on keyboard. And even the system using the touch screen can also not provide good touch operation because of the touch operation support provided by windows system is poor. It is difficult to meet the requirement of the cash register scales.The cash register system this article designs intergrats weighing, bar-code scanning, membership card system, ticket printing, cash box, uninreruptible power and oter functions. The system uses the Android tablet as interactive device and provide a good interaction experience. It could connect the internet via a wireless network and realize the convenient stock management. The system consists of 4 parts:the weighing system, the control system, the battery management system and Android tablet. The weighing system is based on ADS 1230 and STC15L2K60S2 which uses an optimized sliding filter algorithm to process the weighing data. It realizes the accurate and stable weighing results. The control system is designed based on STM32F030RC which connected to peripherals though serial ports. Using the multi-level transmit/receive buffers mechanism and DMA function, the system achieves a fast and accurate data transmission and processing. The battery management system is based on STCW401AS which manages the discharge of the battery by sampling the voltage of the battery. It achieves an uninterrupted power supply and also takes account into the life of battery. Android tablet communicates with the control system though the serial port and provides a good interactive experience and great management functions.In this paper, it starts from the design of system cheme and designs the hardware and software of the system. After finishing the debugging, it makes tests for the local function and the integrated functions. The test results are consistent with the expected effect. On this basis, the system is produced for 20 copies and they are in using. This system has a high degree of peripheral intergration, rich functions, good operating experience, high reliability and other advansements which has great value and good market prospects.
