Design Of Cash Bundling System Of Atm Based On Stm32

ATM cash bundling machine is a money bundling device for solving the money bundlingin financial system. It integrates deposit, counting, bundling function, and takes every hundredmoney together for bundling in order to count, transport and preserve easily. Currently, theATM on the market does not have the bundling function and cash bundling machine does nothave automatic deposit function, which carries out large deposits separately. Therefore,developing ATM cash bundling system is the inevitable choice to adapt to the marketdevelopment needs.The design studies the principle and realization of full automatic cash bundling machinebased on STM32. Through the analysis of communication protocol of existing cash depositmodule, the design determines the effective method of intercepting counting affirming signaland expands the communication protocol. The system coordinates with STM32dataacquisition controller, cash transfer mechanism and cash bundling machine, to make ATMmachine integrate the function of automatic cash bundling. Under the premise of ensuring thenormal operation of original ATM system, the new design of mechanical structure, installs theappropriate sensors in the cash transfer mechanism to complete the data acquisition, andcontrols the stepper motor in the bundling machine to complete the cash bundling work. Thedesign of hardware and software of control system, completes the program design oftransparent transmission and data acquisition, communication in SPI way, data acquisition andcash bundling control, and the design of PCB, making board and debugging.The system is a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and the disadvantages ofseveral existing design schemes in each module, to realize modules interconnection throughRS232serial communication and SPI communication, and gives the corresponding hardwarestructure chart and software flow diagram and processing method in the process of control.After debugging and improving the design in the original ATM platform, the system hasrealized the advantages of low cost, high precision, good reliability etc. This can simplify thesize of original equipment, but also has the function of real-time monitoring and adjustment,truly realizing the closed loop and self-correcting control of cash bundling.
