Recent years, the safety of production has become a key of promoting social harmony and healthy development by the whole society. However, more than 80% of the production safety accidents are caused by people’s unsafe behavior, its causes and environmental conditions, equipment status, the influence of many factors such as inseparable, therefore, the analysis of the causes of unsafe behavior, reduce people’s unsafe behavior, design safe and reasonable process, to promote production safety is of great significance.Core work is as follows:First, Analysis of the wharf steel library field all the homework of discharge process and possible unsafe behaviors, using the ideas of safety system science analysis of the causes of unsafe behavior. Second, in the process of modeling, the innovation in consideration of different job step role behavior of accident probability, the influence of the fault tree model and the Bayesian network model is established, so that when the accident quickly corresponding to the operation steps and the role of a problem, strengthen the pertinence accident prevention work. Third, in the solving process, considering the basic event for difficult problems in the process, using fuzzy set theory to the probability of basic events is described, through the integral value method can reduce the probability of fuzzy number into their data, for the use of modeling to solve. After that, using Bayesian network two-way reasoning ability, the probability of occurrence of accidents and the importance of basic events is calculated to solve. Through the analysis of important degree higher impact factor causes of the basic events, designed to improve the process of the important causes of the basic event control, so as to reduce the risk of operation, improve the purpose of the work safety, safety and reasonable process scheme is put forward. Finally, under the special environment, the study of the occurrence probability of unsafe behavior change, calculate the range of the probability of accidents, the environment design in view of the special environment of operation process; reduce the influence of environment on the operation safety.The results show that this method can effectively improve the security of the designed process, can design a safe and reasonable process to avoid threat to job security under the special environment.
