In naval warfare, underwater explosion load is one of the main threat to the warship. Underwater explosion shock wave can cause equipment damage, injurer of crew and serious damage of the hull ship. Shock damage is mainly manifested in two aspects:big impact force (impact acceleration) and large equipment displacement. Improving the shock resistance of ship structure is an effective method of improving warship survivability. Therefore, it is important to research underwater explosion shock isolation design. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, Introduce the domestic and foreign research achievements in the field of underwater explosion shock isolation. These provide the research background for the work of this paper.Secondly, the physical phenomena of UNDEX is introduced and load forms of shock wave, bubble pulse and cavitation effect are described. Acoustic-structural coupling method embedded in ABAQUS and Vibration isolator simulation method are elaborated.Thirdly, Using ABAQUS analyze vibration isolator property under the effect of underwater explosion loading. Compare the results with test values. Result show that vibration isolator design is reasonable. ABAQUS calculation precision meet the requirements of engineering requirement.Fourthly, ABAQUS is used to analyze the vibration isolation system on the LED light source under the effect of underwater explosion shock wave loading. Through the simulation results of three kinds of scheme, comparing the differences medium density of interior and exterior structure effects on shock wave propagation.Fifthly, ABAQUS is used to analyze the vibration isolation system on the LED light source under the effect of underwater explosion bubble loading. By comparing the simulation results of the two kinds of different boundary conditions, analysis of underwater explosion bubble load effect on the vibration isolation design of small structure.Through the method of numerical simulation, this paper explores vibration isolator property under the loading of underwater explosion. The conclusion can be referenced for modern ship underwater explosion shock design.
