Imaging spectrometer combines spectroscopy and imaging of two technology, the traditional unit detecting method and device for calibration of radiometric calibration and imaging parameters can not be applied for calibration and testing of imaging spectrometer radiation characteristics parameters. This paper studies the multi spectral imaging spectrometer calibration test of relative technology spectral power responsivity, mainly completed the following work:Firstly, according to the optical principle, the grating imaging spectrometer, Fu Liye interference imaging spectrometer and gradual filter (typical AOTF) imaging spectrometer, using imaging spectrometer with different relative spectral power responsivity calculation method. For different imaging spectrometer designed two kinds of calibration system:1) because the imaging spectrometer with optical system, can be directly used for calibration test for imaging spectrometer using standard spectral power distribution is known, according to each pixel point output signal directly gives the spectral power responsivity; 2) by the light splitting system provides the required band calibration, can make accurate calibration of imaging spectrometer with high sensitivity, high spectral resolution. Proved by experiments, achieved satisfactory results.In addition, in order to ensure the imaging spectrometer relative spectral power responsivity value is accurate and reliable, this paper carried out the imaging spectrometer with detector based on light based the absolute and relative spectral power response method research history, based on the research from the unit detector to array value transfer method, ensure the unified value and precise and reliable.Finally, the paper analyzes uncertainty factors for multispectral imaging spectrometer relative spectral response measurement in detail. Based on that analysis, different uncertainty factors are analyzed and calculated. the measurement results of uncertainty evaluation, scientific uncertainty is presented. The relative spectral power responsivity measurement results of imaging spectrometer.Through studying works of this paper, metrology difficulty for multispectral imaging spectrometer relative spectral response is solved. This working has filled up the blank in this area and facilitated the transfer workings for multispectral imaging spectrometer relative spectral power response measurand.
