Past the pile-sinking process of pile to soil and rock joints impact study mainly by using the finite element calculation and analysis to its rule, and the finite element simulation is based on the traditional continuum mechanics model based on the assumption of the macro continuity.But in geotechnical engineering is dumping between pile and soil in the sliding, crack phenomenon continues to develop, both decreases as the stress of piles and soil caused by large displacement and large deformation, therefore, like finite element, the continuum hypothesis analysis cannot be completely objective response the real movement of the phenomenon.Arises at the historic moment of discrete element me thod abandoned the macro finite element on the continuum model assumption, can simulate the whole process of pile driving and have the features of joint rock.Solves the existing numerical simulation method to ignore and is difficult to solve the problem, more realistic simulation of pile-soil relative importance between the relationship.Discrete element analysis of the existing numerical simulation, are mostly based on the state of the plane two-dimensional analysis, and the actual three-dimensional state of piles and soil vary greatly.This article is using discrete element software PFC3 D internally sinking pipe pressure filling pile construction whole process simulation analysis, at present no similar studies and reports.In this paper, by using discrete element software PFC3 D method from the Angle of the micro mechanics of rock and soil foundation sinking pipe pressure irrigation to simulate the whole process of pile sinking(static pressure, after the first click), analysis of piles in different forms of rock mass under the premise of the whole process of pile pile soil contact number and the stress variation law.By changing the Angle of the rock joints and location factors to analyze internal sunk pipe filling pile in the penetration of pile to soil pressu re.Found in the simulation test of pile soil stress, displacement and contact force changes and trends in the model experiment is very close, tallies with the analyzed results.Show that using the method of three-dimensional particle flow PFC3 D sinking pipe pressure filling pile in the analysis is feasible.
