At present, among all kinds of the domestic and foreign automobile coating technologies, the procedure of making a workpiece includes dozens of processes such as degreasing, phosphating, electrophoresis, spraying, drying, curing, polishing, grinding, repairing, etc. Most of the equipments of these working procedure have strict requirements on temperature controlling, such as the processing temperature of chemical reagent which was used in pre-treatment was controlled in the range of 45 ℃ and 60 ℃ mostly, the temperature of electrophoresis and paint drying was controlled in the range of 180 ℃ and 200 ℃, and the temperature of furnace exhaust was controlled in the range of 160 and 190 ℃. In addition, the harmful gas was discharged in the working procedure, which contains sulfur, nitrogen, etc and 20% of total heat energy of the fuel combustion was released. When the organic waste gas was burned in the automotive spray drying process at 800℃ ~ 860 ℃, VOC in flue gas was converted to CO2 and H2 O. At the same time, various methods was used in the process of the waste heat recycling. Currently,RTO and TNV equipments were adopted mostly in the coating industry and the purification rate of these equipments was more than 95% commonly, which could achieve the goal of energy saving, consumption reducing and efficiency. After heat transferring, the exhaust temperature was in the range of 250 ~ 300 ℃. These waste heat could be recycled for heating the pretreatment liquid and heating water used for life or air conditioning system with hot water and other supporting facilities. With the help of the equipments, a lot of energy can be effectively saved and the cost,such as the system equipment initial investment cost or operation cost,could be reduced substantially. Furthermore, they had a positive significance for environmental protection.
