With the rapid development of economy and science technology, the application of the flowmeter is becoming more and more popular, which leads to the requirements get much higher. There is a good linearity between the precession frequency of the vortex in the swirlmeter and the medium, the accuracy of measurement is much higher, and the range of measurement is much wider. But the swirlmeter is a kind of fluid oscillation flowmeter, of which the anti-interference ability of precession frequency signal is poor. Facing with this issue, we designed a set of analog signal processing circuit to put right this weakness. In view of the signal processing difficulty, we have done a lot of experiments to test the PCB of signal acquisition. And the results proved that the circuit could effectively extract the precession frequency signal of swirl.This paper designed the precession of vortex flow meter based on MSP430f149 MCU, which could not only detect the flow, temperature and pressure, but also compensate for temperature,pressure and compression factor automatically. It also integrated the clock, external storage,buttons, display, RS485, pulse output and two wire current output function. The results of a large number of designing experiments proved the sensing signal acquisition good, working stable, real-time performance good and anti-jamming capability strong. It is each meter of choice in the field of application.
