Study On The Planning Of Traditional Village Renovation And Protection In South Hebei Province

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and the development of urbanization, modern lifestyle impacts the original structure of traditional village. In the face of village development and protection issues, a lot of social difficulties arise.Traditional villages in Southern Hebei Provinces have also been varying degrees of damage. Therefore, the renovation and protection of traditional village be imperative.There are many ancient villages, ancient houses in South Hebei Province. These ancient villages and ancient houses, both in the structure of village and town planning or in the comprehensive application of architectural sculpture art, reflect the distinctive local characteristics, bearer of broad and profound traditional culture. Under this background, traditional village historical value has been fully recognized, by the widespread concern in society. The Central Committee of the Communist Party in 20131 document pointed out: "for a special program, launched a special project, increase the protection of historical and cultural value, national, regional element of traditional villages and houses."In this paper, author summarizes the research status at home and abroad aiming at traditional village renovation and protection in South Hebei Province, and analysis history, characteristics, the existing problems and so on of three traditional villages in Hebei provinces. So get out to the planning strategy of traditional village renovation and protection, which includes three aspects: the traditional layout of the village, the traditional streets and lanes, traditional architecture.Finally, the author put forward a practical engineering project as a case to support and practical test in this paper, and analysis village development and village protection system of this project. Starting with village conservation planning, village land layout planning, short-term protection and investment estimation and so on. How to explain the concrete engineering case by the planning strategy of traditional village renovation and protection, can be used as a reference for other villages’ renovation and protection.
