| Our country is a large agricultural country, with the rapid development of the agricultural economy, People are increasingly concerned about how to use the efficient technology which economize water resource to enhance the efficiency of agricultural production, therefore, the water-saving irrigation technology have been developed progressively. China’s agricultural irrigation technology is relatively backward, besides the irrigation system and irrigation methods are not suitable, the problems of the irrigation ditch(silting-up, leakage, frost heaving damage and so on) have a lot of serious impact on the durability and useful life of the irrigation ditch. The backward irrigation techniques have restricted the development of China’s agricultural water-saving irrigation severely.The fabricated ferroconcrete U-type irrigation ditch of this paper’s research object, is not easy to be damaged by the frost heave and have leakage problem compared with the large U-type lining channel, it have many advantages(such as standardized production, easy transportation and installation, convenient maintenance and so on), so it is applied to more and more modification works of the irrigation ditch and the little land reclamation engineering.For studying the wear problems of the fabricated U-type irrigation ditch(including fundamental characteristics, frost heaving damage, useful life and so on), this article takes the concrete and the ditch as study object, through theoretical research; numerical analysis; laboratory experiment, we study and explore the mechanical strength characteristics; resistance to water penetration characteristics; resistance to chloridion penetration characteristics; antifreeze characteristic, simulate the process of the seasonal frost heaving damage of the irrigation ditch, analyze the useful life of the irrigation ditch which is used on the carbonization environment or the chloridion environment based on the laboratory experiment data.It is aim to the safety and applicability of the fabricated ferroconcrete U-type irrigation ditch in the design lifetime.This paper focus on the following studies:1. Combined production needs of practical engineering, we plan to calculate three groups of concrete mix whose intensity level is C30 and initial slump is 160-180mm by excessive substitution method, and analyze basic performance of the mixture.2. Through the laboratory concrete durability test, we contrast to analyze the mechanical strength characteristics; anti-permeability(resistance to water penetration and resistance to chloridion penetration); antifreeze characteristic which from three groups of ditch’s concrete.3. We simulate the process of the frost heaving damage of beam-type ditch and channel-type ditch through the finite element software, and we contrast to analyze the temperature field; stress field; displacement field of two different types ditch, aim to study the ditch’s anti-frost durability.4.We study the life criterion of U-type ditch which is used under the carbonization environment or the chloridion environment, and analyze the life prediction of the ditch’s concrete, at last we complete to forecast the carbonization life and evaluate the durability under the chloridion environment of U-type ditch’s concrete according the results of concrete durability test. |
