In recent years, more and more large residential area construction have been building up, the limited ground parking lots have been so far from the satisfication of the basic requirements of a parking space. In this case, to build an underground garage in a village has become a necessary choice to solve the problem of insufficient parking space. In the process of building underground garage, it causes such a general rise in the overall cost as its large material consumption, complex construction technology, and the highly cost on material and labor. In this kind of situation, how to bring down the cost of building underground garage became the focus of the uncountable developers and designers. Compared with the ordinary floor construction, underground garage roof has many characteristics, for example, high bearing capacity, double column spacing similar dimensions, high durability requirements, etc. According to the characteristics of the garage roof structure, usually the form of the roof structure is:girder floor and girderless floor, prestressed floor slab structure. Girder floor (tic-tac-toe beam and cross beam, etc.), girderless floor (GBF cast-in-situ hollow floor, the cast-in-place concrete two-way ribbed cavity floor, membrane shell ribbed slab floor), all kinds of roof structure is different on its mechanical performance, the reinforcement results, and the cost proportion. The following combined with practical engineering, choosing the commonly used several different floor structure, the garage roof material dosage and what is the cost of change, has carried on the comparative analysis, the conclusion of hope to be able to help in future engineering floor selection.In this paper, the main content for the following several aspects:1、About 8.4 m by 8.4 m span column space layout scheme of a more general analysis, based on calculation and analysis, to study the size of column section and beam section, determine the slab-column system and no reasonable section size of slab-column system. And the finite element analysis model of the structure.2、Considering the actual situation of the underground garage, to determine the reasonable crack control standards and the deflection of beam slab deformation control standards.3、Analyzed with and without slab-column system of slab-column system cost, and carries on the comparison to the cost structure schemes.
