With the acceleration of urbanization, the use of underground space is increasingly becoming a trend. For buildings house with underground garage, the construction cost of the underground part of a large part of the total cost. The rational design of the underground garage of great significance to reduce the project cost. This article from the basement ceiling and sidewall basement two aspects of a typical underground garage optimal design some suggestions. For part of the basement ceiling, selects four common floor forms: beam and slab floor( crossbeam system, the Beam, oblique beam line), hollow floor. These four floor economy were analyzed and compared. During the analysis and comparison of the process, selected three typical column grid : 6.0mx6.0m, 8.4mx8.4m, 10.2mx10.2m, three different Futuhoudu : 0.5m, 0.9m, 1.5m. These conditions are modeled separately calculate floor, get four floor at different span, different load conditions, material usage and cost. After considering the impact of the construction costs of excavation conditions of each floor, the floor of the four economic analysis were compared. Amount of material has been the cost of the applicable conditions and unilateral four basement floor systems and roof slab system with four column spacing, load changes and changes in the law. Basement sidewall portion, from the basic design parameter values to start analyzing the impact of changes in these parameters basement sidewalls economy. To provide a reference for design optimization.
