For research on construction optimization of steel cutting is common, but most of the researches are geared towards one-dimensional cutting optimization problem such as steel, structural steel.Research on building steel plate especially irregular shape of steel plate blanking optimization is a though problem due to its diversity shape and unpredictable characteristics.Regarding on the above problem, this topic of the "special-shaped steel sheet blanking res earch", based on the theory of evolutionary algorithm and gravity center NFP, clarify two-dime nsional special-shaped steel sheet blanking optimization, and heterosexual steel plate is imple mented under the material optimization, which obtained obvious optimization effect. After ma ny experiments, the optimized plate utilization can reach more than 85% on average, reached a good two-d layout blanking optimization algorithm optimization level of requirements. Relate d research content and summary as follows:(1) On the basis of existing theory, I improved the related parameters of mathematical algorithm such as "blanking plate", " coordinates transformation method", "irregular polygon area calculation methods", "irregular polygon of barycentric coordinates”.(2) Through the consolidation and improvement of the existing gravity center NFP algorithm, this article proposes a "based on BL_field inarching NFP method", the NFP in areas such as solving "look for the first point of contact", "moving vector choice" and "selection collision zone" put forward its own innovative ideas.(3) Based on the existing theory of lowest center of gravity NFP, I will be in the "generate new boundary" steps put forward to a merger strategy of "counterclockwise separation".(4) Using strong reach ability of the evolutionary algorithms(EAs) strong to optimize the l ayout plan of the corresponding, and modify two important steps in the genetic algorithm(ga)- "crossover strategy", "variation strategy", make it more suitable for optimization of the layout operation.
