Study On The Quality Promotion Of Landscape In Residential Area

With the awareness of residential landscape growing, the requirements for the landscape quality of residential areas gradually increased. A high quality residential landscape should not only have the pleasant scenery and can make people to enjoy themselves so much as to forget to leave, but also have rich cultural connotation, distinctive characteristics, sustainable ecology, perfect function, and many other advantages. In recent years, the landscape of residential area in China is developing rapidly, the landscape design styles are mature. However, it also exist many problems, such as the phenomenon of “ borrowlism ”, the lack of humanization design and ecological design, the link of design and construction is not smooth and defects in landscape maintenance management, etc. Therefore, it is important to explore how to improve the landscape quality of residential area.To create a high quality residential landscape need to consider many factors, including the construction, people and the external environment, etc. This article mainly consider the view of landscape construction. On the basis of a widely read related to the quality of residential landscape relevant research of works and research materials in the field of domestic and foreign and systematic study component factor and influence factor, put forward the domestic landscape quality common problem.The article first analyze constitute elements(plant, pavement, construction, water, and other ancillary facilities), space division(entrance area, rest area, in front of the green building, traffic organization network, etc.), the different broad environment(geographical environment and cultural background) and other aspects, inquire into how to enhance the quality of landscape in factors affecting the quality of the landscape and direction of improvement and summarise the principles which should be followed when constructing the landscape and discuss the methods of improving the landscape quality of the residential areas in two aspects, including the elements of the landscape and the influencing factors. The article amply explains application of the improvement method of landscape quality in practice, analyzes the problems in the implementation process, and finds out the corresponding solution from the scheme stage, the construction stage to the later stage of the maintenance management with analyzing three different regions and different levels examples which author participated in “Hong Kun·Xi Wang Shan”, “Xiu Lan·Shangcheng”, “Changyang peninsula sales offices demonstration zone”.The article aims at holding a whole grasp for the quality of the landscape to create the improving the quality of landscape through the above analysis. To improve the defect where exist in the current residential landscape coordinate the relationship between landscape quality of construction and the last management. Provide a beautiful, safe, healthy, convenient and comfortable residential environment, and to improve the quality of domestic general residential landscape level to provide certain reference basis.
