The Model Study Of Plant Landscape Construction In The Modern Residential Area Based On The Habitability

Up to now, there has been a gap in the study of livability in the field of planting thelandscape at residential areas. To find some rules about the livability in the field ofplanting the landscape were particularly eager. Concerning this issue, this paper basedon a lot of researches about livable residential areas, picked up Comfort and safety,Human ecology, Feast for the Eyes as the higher guidelines. Enriched the livabilityranges, and made up the research system include the livable city at the macroscopicview, the livable residential area at the medium view and the microcosmic view inplanting landscape creating at residential areas.This paper which including five chapters discussed livability plant landscapeconstruction mode which based on modern settlements.The first chapter is theintroduction.Chapter II discussed settlements livability and the general principles ofplant landscape design.Mainly discussed the principles of residential livability plantlandscape design and residential plant landscape of design principles for theimplementation of the construction method. Chapter III analysed the habitability ofnanchang residential plant landscape features. According to the geographical features ofNanchang,and combined the plant landscape construction methods of Nanchangsettlements, two settlements of Nanchang were selected to be researched.From fiveaspects including residential livability plant landscape design principles,residentialspace to build plants,the level of the residential plant collocation,seasonal design of settlements plant,and settlements plant species selection analysed five types ofresidential land including green space of settlements entrance,central green space,groupgreen space,green space adjacent to the house and road green space.Chapter VI studiedlivability plant landscape construction mode of Nanchang settlements,and summarizedthe model from five aspects such as residential land including green land of settlementsentrance,central green land,green land groups,green land adjacent to the house and roadgreen land.Chapter V is the conclusion part,summarized research results and innovationof this paper.Proposed14design principles of residential livability plant landscape constructionis the innovation of this paper.It concluded that central segregation type, landscape wallembellishing type and plants grouping type are three main types in residential areas’entrance green land at Nanchang. Center green space types include three main types:sparse forest pasture type, ordination rank type and natural group scene type. Groupgreen space types include courtyard type, enclosure type and liberty type.Grove typeand garden tour type are two main types in housing greenbelt’s designing. Road greenspace include avenue type, community type and open type.
