Modal characteristic of aerospace equipment affects the security and stability of emission process and attitude control in-orbit. Spacecraft structure is giant and complex, its natural frequency is generally within the range of 0.2Hz to 15Hz, if the the first-order elastic body resonance frequency of test system and the test piece’s ratio is less than 0.1, we can call that unconstrained boundary conditions is simulated accurately.The gas suspension device is used in this ultra-low frequency suspension system. Since the air has characteristics of compressibility and low stiffness, this device balances the gravity by this way. How to achieve precise control of pressure and force is the key technologies of hanging equipment. The main works and achievements are as follows:1. The structure of ultra-low frequency modal testing suspension system is described.2. The principle of single set of suspension set is described and the major technical difficulties of suspension device in the development process is analyzed.3. The key components of pneumatic system is modeled and analysised, the major external interference of pneumatic system is analyzed. So, I developed a control strategy to achieve a high-precision pneumatic control.4. In order to realize the function, we designed the control system, drew and debugged the PCB board and wrote a control program. At last, the control function is achieved.5. We find the optimal Parameter combination of hardware by a number of experiments,and system reaches the steady state error requirement.
