Metro is the symbol of the city’s economic development. Subway is an essential part of urban public transport in a modern city. It is not only to resolve the status of urban traffic congestion, but also accelerate the development of urban economy due to its special advantages. However, subway construction is always in the bustling city and in the ground. It is affected by complex engineering geological conditions and many other factors. The construction has great impact on the surrounding buildings. In the progress of building a subway tunnel, sometimes the tunnel has to get through different building to avoid some disadvantages. The construction of tunnel has different disadvantage on the building which has been built. So it is worth to study how to reduce this disadvantage and to guard the building around the tunnel.In the construction of the tunnel of the region hongjin in the beijing 14 th subway, we have to get through the erdaogou bridge pile. The paper take this example as the engineering background and use the software ”Midas/GTS” as the tool to simulate the construction progress in numerical way to analysis the impact exerted by the tunnel on the bridge pile. The construction of subway tunnel is a very complicated dynamic process and it involve a great many of technology. The paper analyze the impact on the bridge pile which exerted by tunnel during the tunnel excavation period and the pile destruction period and then obtain law of the deformation of the bridge pile. By comparing the deformation orderliness between consolidation status and normal status, we obtain the efficiency of the grouting reinforce in tunnel and the necessity to adopt deformation-control measures in the pile destruction period. The paper aim at to provide some advice and reference to resemble project. The study content of the paper as follows:(1) Look for and read document involved, study the deformation mechanism and the deformation orderliness of the layer and the building in the construction of shallow buried tunnel.(2) Numerical simulation. Simulating this two different construction status by Midas/GTS, analyze the deformation orderliness, predict the horizontal displacement and vertical settlement of every bridge pile and then take the comparative analysis.(3) Measuring on the field. Taking the real-time monitoring and get the measuring data. Then comparing the simulating data and measuring data to test the accuracy of the simulating analysis.
