| Highway tunnel relies on its good ability to overcome the obstacle terrain and short the route mileage, has developed quite rapidly. In the construction process of runnel, initial support is an important part of tunnel supporting structure, is the main force of the construction structure. If the initial support construction quality cannot up to the standard, that will cause the tunnel structure deformation and cracking, leading to the second lining cracking, even causing collapse. So initial support monitoring of tunnel monitoring is necessary.NATM is most commonly used at home and abroad, meanwhile blasting is the main feature of the NATM. Huge energy will produce after blasting, the energe will pass to the distance by the way of stress wave, causing the vibration of surrounding rock and supporting structure, reducing the mass of surrounding rock,and causing a damaged retaining structure at the same time. However, with the stress wave transmissed, the intensity will decrease with increasing distance away from the explosion source, therefore, in a certain range,the rock blasting will affect initial support. So, based on the blasting of rock to research the deformation of initial support and confirm the blasting influence range, is of great significance for tunnel monitoring.The article relies on the Long-yong highway construction project to analyze the influence factors of tunnel lining deformation, dues the deformation monitoring data to prove that blasting disturbance is the main factor of those affecting the demonstration of tunnel lining deformation.This paper studies the impact range of blasting disturbance under the condition of different rock level, which is incorporated with deformation monitoring model,then to optimize it. Through a lot of analysis of monitoring data, discovering that to make the pionts outside scope for linear processing is more practical, so throung piecewise function to establish optimization model, the results show that, the optimization prediction model can improve the prediction accuracy of construction.According to the leading demonstration of blasting disturbance to optimize monitoring time point,then point out that monitoring data measured after blasting can reflect the deformation more actual. The research of blasting disturbance range aimed to determine the reasonable construction time of the second lining. According to the. research results,the article presents a kind of method relies on blasting disturbance range to determine the distance of the second lining to heading face, provides a reference for the two lining construction. |
