The paper comes from Xi’an MEAT industrial technology company for the research.of a wide range input DC voltage regulatorBecause of the harsh environment of oil field stabilized power supply, power supply systems and lightning affected by load variation and lightning and other factors, often leading to voltage fluctuations and current surges, making 220 V AC power supply voltage as low as 90 V, as high as 300 V. Therefore, power supply to meet the needs of oil field supply voltage fluctuations, the output can be kept stable. In this paper, by studying a wide range of input DC voltage regulator,designing the equipment for oil voltage regulator.This article is designed regulator has a wide supply voltage range, high power factor, small size, high reliability, and low cost.The main circuit uses two DC-DC regulator scheme, the choice of isolated Sepic circuit as a foreline pre-regulator,one hand, as the power factor correction circuit, on the other hand for first stage regulator purpose; last stage, Buck circuit, further change voltage and regulator controller.auxiliary circuit design includes multi-output auxiliary power supply design, PWM control circuit design, opto-isolated drive circuit design, feedback circuit and voltage, current protection circuit,and EMI filter design.Based on the above analysis, Have designed a prototype AC input is 90 V ~ 300 V, power is 200 W, the output DC voltage of 24 V, the experimental study. By collecting data from different experiments and experimental waveform input voltage, the results show that under different input voltage, output voltage remained at about 24 V, enabling a wide range of input DC power purposes, to verify the correctness of the entire program and reasonable.
