The modern electric equipment goes extremely sophisticated nowadays via the high-speed development of science and technology. Therefore a better quality and much more stable power supply source is needed. The performance of current situation of urban and rural power grids are barely satisfactory. Even met, it is difficult to meet the need of electrical equipment because of the unstablility of the grid's voltage, frequency and waveform. Obviously it is very difficult to modify the frequency of power before the advent of modern power electronic circuit. As power semiconductor devices have been adopt, with performed using the appropriate power electronics technique, the frequency and amplitude of power supply could be modulated to adaptive variety of special occasions and various load conditions.This presents a research of key technologies of inverter power supply based on a project which goal is to design a 3000W device with wide frequency and wide voltage. The technique analysis covered different links of design process. Rectifier circuit,Power factor correction circuit,Inverter Power Supply circuit,Double loop Control& Repetitve Control are sufficiently considered, as a result, theory is neatly dovetailed with function. On the other side, this also illustrated an analysis of special designed Signal Model on Inverter Power Supply, to improved performance and conquer the defects of traditional Inverter Power Supply, an advanced compound control strategy is also proposed, which improved distortion of harmonic waves of Inverter Power Supply. After technical analysis on each link, an prototype has been developed based on serious modeling. by widely and rigorous testing, the performance totally conform to the plans and specifications.
