Rigid Frame-continuous beam bridge is a bridge type which rapidly growing now, as the bridge is widely used, the research of the bridge design and construction asking for a new requirement.In order to solve practical construction problems of the engineering background-xiang fu Rd Xiangjiang River Bridge of Changsha, the paper around the contents to study, which include rigid frame-continuous beam bridge simulation analysis, the stress analysis of start element,the best closure option and so on. The main work and results are as follows:(1)It calculated and analyzed the full bridge simulatively by the Midas/Civil software and procedure of planar structural analysis "CSU concrete bridge safety analysis and control system V1.0 (referred to as BR-CAL-Z), and got the change law and distribution of xiang fu Rd Bridge’s displacements internal forces and stresses in the construction process, the results show that the internal forces and stresses of each section is within the control range.(2)To establish the space finite element model of 0# block by ANSYS, stress calculation for the star element on main pier of main girder. Analyzed the cause of cracks on 0# block of main box beam and took the measures.(3)Describing and comparing the closure sequences of rigid frame-continuous beam bridge, then analyzes the effects of different closure orders on the structure, and find the optimum sequence of closure. In the meantime, obtained the size of jacking force draw a great impact on internal forces and stresses on the main piers through whether applied jacking force or not and then compared the model results. It can offset the difference in temperature of closure and concrete shrinkage and creep effect on the main bridge piers to improve the force of the main piers.(4)Introducing the construction monitoring scheme of xiang fu Rd xiangjiang River Bridge in brief. It analyzed and compared the results between the actual measurement and theoretical calculation, and guided the construction control of the bridge.
