The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) is widely concerned because of its high power density, high reliability and high efficiency.While it runs, its parameters will be changed due to the armature reaction. The variation of parameters will lead the fluctuation of torque and speed. The fuzzy control is good for improving the stability of the system and it is independent of the system parameters. In this paper, the fuzzy control is introduced into the flux weakening system,and then design parameters self-tuning fuzzy PI regulator, so as to construct the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor fuzzy PI algorithm, for improving the stability and anti-interference ability of the system.The mathematical model is established by analyzing the structure characteristics of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,then introduces the basic principle of vector control and flux weakening control. The influence of armature reaction on the main parameters of the motor is studied, and then analyzes the flux weakening properties of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor considering the change of parameters. A simulation model of flux weakening system on the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor with the traditional PI is built.By comparing the simulation results under the condition of different load disturbance, the simulation experiments show that the torque and the speed of the traditional PI flux wekening control system have large disturbance and overshoot, the system steady ability and anti-interference performance are poor.Combining fuzzy logic theory with PI strategy, design parameters self-tuning fuzzy PI regulator to replace the conventional fixed gain PI regulator on the speed loop and current loop, constructing the fuzzy PI algorithm, so the PI parameters can be adjusted according to real-time operating condition. The fuzzy PI simulation mode of flux weakening control on the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is built. By comparing simulation results on different load interference conditions with fuzzy PI and traditional PI flux wekening algorithm, simulation experiments show that, fuzzy PI compared with the traditional PI flux weakening algorithm,torque stability increased by 9%, speed stability is increased by 2%, the current stability is increased by 10%, torque and speed fluctuation was significantly inhibited, so the fuzzy control can improve the stability and anti-interference performance of the system.The STM32 hardware platform is designed based on speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor flux weakening control system software algorithm, by comparing the different load disturbance conditions of flux weakening experiments, experimental results show that the system has good static characteristic and strong anti-jamming ability, achieve the theoretical design index, has strong ability of industrial application.
