Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor has significant advantages of high efficiency, high power density, high reliability, simple structure, flexible control, and easy to implement, so that it gradually replaced the traditional AC induction motor in a lot of high-precision industrial applications. As the further study of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor application, its control technology is gradually mature, the current domestic has developed permanent magnet synchronous motor in high-speed railway traction. Due to the application of weak magnetic technology can broaden motor speed range, so the research of its weak magnetic control has important practical significance.This paper shifts the model from three-phase static shift to two-phase rotating shift by the coordinate transformation to realize the decoupling and simplification of the model that based on the motor mathematical model and vector control technology. Meanwhile it analysis the influence of motor parameters on the capacity for expansion speed about motor, and studies the different characteristic curve when stator current changes, and the salient pole rate ? effects on the motor targets during weak magnetic runtime. Then turning speed and the maximum speed are deduced and calculated by analyzing the mathematical model and the principles of weakening control, and weak magnetic work area are divided according to the speed, so that the control strategy apply maximum torque per ampere under the base speed, and weakening control above the base speed, to achieve the target about a smooth transition of constant torque with constant power.The model of fluxing-weakening control system is constructed on the basis of dq shaft combining control theory with mathematical model of permanent magnet motors, stator current modulation control method is adopted to increase direct axis degaussing component of the stator current. And the modules is analyzed and designed that about the weakening link,decoupling link, coordinate transformation link, the space vector pulse width modulation links.Then, a speed control system simulation model is established in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform and weakening control algorithms verify by simulation, simulation results show the feasibility of the module structures and the effectiveness of the control method.
