In recent years, direct hot air source water heater because of its energy-saving and environmental protection advantages in the rapid development at home and abroad, has a very broad space for development, in it’s climate control system is also proposed more stringent requirements. However, due to operational performance of air to water heater affected by environmental temperature, water temperature and other parameters, and to control the water temperature regulating water flow through the valve motor, so there is a big temperature control error and lag, it is difficult to meet the rapid thermostat water requirements. In this paper, the temperature of such a large lag, the controlled object,propose a traditional digital PID control parameters based on self-tuning, optimizing temperature control solutions to quickly predict nonlinear characteristics. Will be applied to temperature control system, and ultimately the air source water heater fast and stable,non-volatility, low overshoot thermostatic water.In studies analyzing the direct hot air source water heater thermostat control system requirements, developed in two AT89S52 micro-controller as the core components of the climate control system, will be collected to calculate the temperature signal processing,motor through the valve opening co-regulation of the water flow, thereby regulating the water temperature, it stabilized at the target temperature. The optimization of the PID algorithm is applied to the control system for temperature control late overshoot fluctuations and other issues, raised the temperature slope tracking means; for cold regions,the valve will continue to lead the unit shut down protection problems, according to the valve opening and ambient temperature, water temperature, the mutual relationship between the temperature set by the user, and the water flow, the mathematical model for the target valve opening degree; for different ambient temperatures, the system will automatically select the PID parameters can be adjusted. Finally, the climate control system experiments were carried out by optimizing the PID and the practical application of traditional PID temperature control system in contrast, the analysis shows herein optimizedPID control in line with the actual control requirements, with rationality and practicality.
