With the rapid development of economic, China’s energy consumption is becoming increasingly prominent,the proportion of building energy consumption in society consumption increases year by year. A study revealed that,the using of building energy-saving technology is an effective measure to reduce building energy consumption. How to make use of existing computer technology,embedded technology,communication technology to establish an architectural smart power utilization system has become a hot topic in modern society. This paper proposes architectural smart power utilization system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology.Architectural smart power utilization system make full use of LoT technology to realize intelligent use of electricity and comfortable living environment.As the derivative of networking technology, IoT realizes the information interaction between objects and objects. WiFi wireless network technology and ZigBee technology is used in architectural smart power utilization system, WiFi is used for information transfer between the interior room controller and the node, ZigBee is used for the transmission of information between the room controller and intelligent gateway.Building intelligent power system includes environmental monitoring module, power monitoring module, control terminal, room controller, intelligent gateways. Environmental monitoring module realizes real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity illumination, CO2 concentration indoor; Power monitoring module realizes the real-time monitoring of voltage, current, power,electricity consumption and other electrical information indoor; Control terminal realizes the intelligent control of appliances, switches, lamps; As the convergence center,room controller realizes the display and storage of data, intelligent control, user information management; Intelligent gateway transplants LwIP protocol stack, to achieve the conversion between Ethernet data and serial data.Building intelligent power system uses fuzzy neural network system, integrates the learning ability of neural network and data processing ability of fuzzy control. A fuzzy neural network model is setted up, it uses the environmental data collected by the nodes and integrated control strategies to realize intelligent control of air conditioning, lighting, electric curtains, to ensure the comfort of the living environment, and reduce building energy consumption. After a long test, fuzzy neural network model has good effect.The software design of Building intelligent power system includes the design of embedded software and the design of PC software. Embedded software Protocol embedded software includes the design of program flow of each node module and the transplant of intelligent gateway stack. PC software includes the design of software interface of room controller and monitoring center. The room controller uses Andriod operating system and Java programming language,realizes data display, implementation of control strategy, user management; Monitoring center uses SQL SERVER database and C# programming language, realizes data storage and display, network communications, real-time tasks and other functions.
