Value Assessment Research On Industrial Heritage Community

With the rapid development of the urbanization, the protection and tourism development problems of industrial heritage community in industrial city emerging in the process of growing social,it attracted people’s attention gradually. Industrial heritage community refers to that, after the founding of new China and "The first five-year plan", "The second five-year plan"(1949-1962), by large industrial enterprise unified planning and management, to meet the enterprise workers and their families’ s living, livelihood, communication and leisure community. International Federation of Industrial Heritage’s "Nizhny Tagil Charter for the Industrial Heritage" pointed out that, the industrial heritage is an important part of the community constitutes,as one of the industrial heritage system. As an industrial city with unique cultural heritage, industrial heritage community has multiple values, it is a unique testimony city industrial civilization development, it is one of the city industrial and cultural memory remains the most complete, the most abundant area, it is the city residents and tourists form the city image recognition, and then produce the important foundation of place attachment. At present, the industrial heritage community reform in urban old industrial zone, the development of the urban renewal environment, facing the development of large-scale demolition dilemma, it needs to be carried out in-depth study and the right way for protection and tourist utilization.First of all,this paper carding system of industrial heritage, industrial heritage community, assessment of the value of the relevant research literature, defines the core concepts, carding heritage tourism endogenous contradiction theory, spirit of place theory, the overall emergence theory and stakeholder theory, laying the theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis. Based on the analysis of the industrial heritage community history, spatial distribution, the basic characteristics and the development present situation, construct the index system of industrial heritage community value evaluation using the method of document study, structured interviews. The analysis shows that the value of industrial heritage community is divided into intrinsic value and utility value, intrinsic value including history value, social and cultural value, art value, the value of emotional memory, utilitarian value including economic value and the value of education. Then use AHP to establish the value of industrial heritage community. The analysis results show that the industrial heritage tourism development of the community needs to pay attention to the intrinsic value and utility value at the same time. Eigen value should focus on the social and cultural value, and utilitarian value should focus on the development of economic value. Finally, the selection of key construction during the period of China’s socialist industrialization industrial city of shenyang, with the examples of the analysis by applying the method of questionnaire in shenyang,including the Tiexi district, Dadong district, Santaizi district industrial heritage value of community, put forwarding the Shenyang industrial heritage community protection and tourism development countermeasures and Suggestions. It includes the following four points: reservations site style, building industrial heritage museum community topics; alterations characteristic of cultural facilities, build urban leisure space; and other industrial heritage combined to form industrial heritage tours;using community’s old building, supporting the development of tourism industry.
