Research On The Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Heritage Tourism Resources Based On Localattachment

Local attachment is an emotional connection produced by the interaction between people and places,and it is also an emotional expression of people to space.The degree of tourists’ local attachment to a tourist destination is an important indicator of the development of its tourism industry and the proper use of tourism resources.Applying the theory of local attachment to industrial heritage tourism,by exploring the degree of local attachment of tourists and the influencing factors of local attachment,we can clarify the development level and improvement ways of industrial heritage tourism,and then promote the protection and reuse of industrial heritage tourism resources.Xigang garden is the birthplace of the whole Qinhuangdao port.It has a large number of important industrial heritage represented by the Grand Pier,Kailuan Mining Bureau senior secretary club,Nanshan Street No.1 special room,Qinhuangdao manager office building,Nanshan signal station,etc.,and was listed in the national industrial heritage list in 2018.As an industrial heritage community,Xigang garden carries the local industrial culture and emotional memory.The study of human and land plots in the reconstruction of Xigang garden will help to excavate these cultures and memories and promote the protection and reuse of industrial heritage tourism resources.As the first phase project of Hebei Port Group to build an international tourist port starting area,Xigang Garden brings new opportunities for Qinhuangdao’s economic transformation and revitalization,and provides a new reference model for the development of urban industrial heritage tourism.It is in this context that this paper,from the perspective of tourists’ local attachment,makes a systematic study on the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage tourism resources of Xigang garden by using the methods of interview research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,interdisciplinary research and so on.This paper selects Xigang garden in Qinhuangdao as the research area.Through combing and summarizing the literature at home and abroad,relying on the relevant theories of local attachment,industrial heritage protection and industrial heritage tourism,this paper studies the data obtained after the field investigation of Xigang garden.Spss26.0and amos26.0 are used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis and correlation analysis on the obtained data,so as to obtain the degree of local attachment of tourists,the factors affecting the degree of local attachment of tourists,and the relationship between the degree of local attachment of tourists and loyalty,resource protection attitude,and how to improve the level of local attachment of tourists,How to strengthen the protection and reuse of industrial heritage tourism resources from the perspective of local attachment.In order to provide reference for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage tourism resources.
