Solar and air energy as a clean, non-polluting, inexhaustible renewable energy, It is meet the building heating demand for energy in winter. In view of this situation. The floor panel heating system which supplied low temperature hot-water by solar collector and air-source heat pump is presented. The main research and work is as follows:(1) Design the overall structure of the floor heating system of solar and air-energy. Introduce the design principle and the design processes of the floor heating system, the composition of the system and the design of components are determined. The structure of floor heating system of solar and air-energy is designed and analyses its working principle and control method. The end of the heating system is designed to determine the layer thickness of the floor structure, the way of the pipe arranged, the spacing of pipe and pipe and material of the pipe, and so on. Development of the Floor Heating System of Solar and Air-energy has important significance. It can solve the residential heating in winter, raise the level of quality of life and reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution.(2) Design Solar heating water units and air heating pump heating water unit. According to the geographical position of Zhengzhou area, the heating load of the build and the design parameters of the system is determined, solar heating water units and air heating pump heating water unit are designed, which are the two heating element of the floor heating system of solar and air-energy.Through comparing and analyzing various types of solar water heaters, the flat solar heater is selected to collect the solar energy. According of the heating load of the build, the area of the solar collector are calculated out, sometimes, collector installation angle and connecting method are determined. The volume of tank is be calculated out based on the area of the solar collector. In order to meet needs of different temperatures of hot water, which is applied for the floor heating and daily use, the temperature stratification tank is designed. By analyzing the weather conditions in Zhengzhou, power of air-source heat-pump are designed. Design of floor heating system of solar and air-energy in a residential area has been finished in Zhengzhou.(3) The simulation model of the floor panel heating system is built by Polysun simulation platform to calculate and analyze the energy consumption and economy efficiency. It showed the floor panel heating system with solar collector and air-source heat pump has advantages of energy-saving and good economy, and it is suitable for extension and application.The floor heating system of solar and air-energy combine solar energy and air heating pump with the floor heating system. It using solar energy and air energy for heating the build. It is great significance to solve the problem of energy shortage, environmental pollution, and so on. Thus, avoiding the disadvantages of the traditional heating method. It not only ensure continuous heating, and more saving energy and protecting environment.
