Radiation treatment has been developed to accurately model radiotherapy from the traditional routine therapy. This paper firstly analyzes the current status of radiotherapy navigation technology, and then study the OPS positioning navigation system which based on the binocular visual positioning. Finally this paper develops accelerator treatment automatic control device of the bed, which help radiologists with the placement operation, so as to achieve the aim of radiotherapy automatic placement.This paper studies a beam position control system which include a kind of upper machine, lower machine and auxiliary machinery. The system used the OPS infrared navigation and positioning system, which can automatically placement accuracy to 0.5mm. PC software was developed that based on the MFC to communicate with OPS system software and obtain real-time space point coordinates. The main work includes processing coordinate information, automatic placement under control, and generation of control instructions. Lower machine based on ARM microcontroller includes RS232 serial communication circuit, servo control circuit and power supply, etc. It is mainly controlled by the steering gear accelerator control panel for the treatment of the bed. Combined with the characteristics of two medical linear accelerator, this article also designs the corresponding mechanical box to place circuit boards and control units.In experimental debugging stage, as far as possible to use a variety of experiment method, we tested accuracy and stability of the hardware circuit and software algorithm. After clinical tests, It finally come to a conclusion that the system can accurately interaction with the OPS system, and it also can place a complete automation, quickness and precision which meeting the requirements. The scheme is an innovative design. The software operation is both simple and convenient, with the characteristics of low cost and low power consumption.
