The Study On Ecological Environmental Impact And Mitigation Measures Of The Water Diversion Project

The project can not only relieve the contradictions of the water shortage,but also improve the living conditions,and promote the development of local economy and society.With the economical and positive benefits, the project bring us a lot of negative effect.The project may affect the hydrological regimes,surface water,ground water,aquatic ecosystem and terrestrial ecosystem of the situation of water getting.After the project running,the waste water of receiving aera may affect the hydrological regimes and water quality of the situation of water returning.So it is important to analysis the ecological impact.Taking a water diversion project of shaanxi province as the research object,the study analysis the ecological impact and propose a series of mitigation measures.The study shows:(1) Through the field investigation, collection of various data needed. According to the natural geographical conditions, the project development and building layout features,the study evalute the possible impact and assessment the main environment impact factors,then analysis the ecological impact of the water diversion project.(2) The results show,the project make little impact on the hydrological regimes, surface water,ground water, aquatic organisms and fish of the situation of water getting.Project cover may damage more grass land,but as the end of the construction,the stability of the ecological environment can maintain.In addition,the soil loss will increase significantly.(3) The project make little impact on the hydrological regimes and water quality of the situation of water receiving. In addition,the receiving water can increase river flow,guarantee the river ecological flow and improve the self-purification ability of the river.(4) To reduce the negative effect of river ecosystem, a series of mitigation measures has been proposed.
