Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Jiaxing Ecological Greenway Network Planning And Construction

There is a long and dense water network in Jiaxing city which is a typical city of Jiangnan“Plain&Water Region”,water ecology has important influence for local landscape ecological security.Therefore,the ecological greenway network as an important ecological infrastructure has been introduced in Jiaxing city,being the first in Zhejiang Province.After five years of greenway network planning and construction,the results are needed to be studied and tested.This thesis takes Jiaxing Ecological Greenway Network as the research object to make qualitative analysis of the current situation of greenway network planning and construction based on Jiaxing “Plain&Water”Geographic Vein(model of water environment),Cultural Vein(water culture connotation)and the Human Demand Vein(recreation demand);Through the current situation evaluation system quantitative evaluation and analysis are put forward to getting problems of its planning and construction,then give the corresponding countermeasures.In terms of planning,Jiaxing Ecological Greenway Network has many local features,but in the investigation and analysis of urban resources,Tails&Traffic System planning,Station Facilities System layout planning,connection of the superior and the subordinate planning are inadequate;In terms of construction,Jiaxing Ecological Greenway Network also did better interpretation of Jiaxing “Three Veins”,formed greenway forms like type of history&culture,ecological wetland,human settlement in urban area,eco-tourism and so on,but there is a disconnect between construction and planning,mainly reflects in the Water Corridor&Revetment System and Ecological Green Corridor System.The promote and reform of these two systems is urgent,besides,there are some minor problems in other systems.In macro level this thesis gives advice from organization and management,technical support,policy measures and implementation practice;In the medium level the optimization strategies are put forward in aspects of Water Corridor & Revetment System,Ecological Green System,Trails &Traffic System,Supporting Facility System and Important Scenic Spot;In micro-level,improvement strategies are given in circular greenway,radial greenway and connective greenway.All these are given to be the reference to next planning and construction of greenway network.
